Cancellation policy
ENGLISH VERSION : PRE-ORDERS AND PAYMENT TERMS
Certain Products offered on the Website may be made available for pre-order prior to their availability and dispatch.
1. Pre-order Confirmation
When placing a pre-order, the Customer is required to pay 50% of the total order value.
This initial payment is made as arrhes, within the meaning of Article L.214-1 of the French Consumer Code.
Once this payment has been successfully processed, the pre-order is confirmed and the relevant Products are reserved for the Customer. The Customer will receive an order confirmation and payment confirmation by email.
2. Payment of the Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% of the total order value constitutes the outstanding balance of the pre-order.
By placing the pre-order and making the initial payment, the Customer expressly authorises VICE RUN CO. to charge the outstanding balance to the same payment method used for the initial payment.
Around the estimated availability or dispatch date of the Products, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method used for the initial payment.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, the Customer will receive a new payment confirmation.
Where required by the Customer's bank, payment provider or applicable regulations, additional authentication or action from the Customer may be necessary to complete the payment.
If the payment of the remaining balance is unsuccessful, VICE RUN CO. may contact the Customer and request that the outstanding amount be paid using an available payment method before the order can be dispatched.
3. Estimated Availability and Dispatch Dates
Any availability, dispatch or delivery date displayed in connection with a pre-order is an estimate where expressly stated as such.
VICE RUN CO. may inform the Customer of any material change affecting the estimated availability or dispatch date.
4. Order Dispatch
Once the outstanding balance has been paid in full and the Products are available, the order will be prepared for dispatch.
Upon dispatch, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the relevant tracking information, where tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation by the Customer Before Dispatch
A Customer may request the cancellation of a pre-order before it has been dispatched.
Where a pre-order is voluntarily cancelled by the Customer before dispatch, the 50% paid as arrhes at the time of the pre-order will be retained by VICE RUN CO. and the Customer will be released from the obligation to pay the remaining balance.
If the remaining balance has already been charged at the time the cancellation request is accepted but the order has not yet been dispatched, VICE RUN CO. will refund the amount paid in excess of the initial arrhes.
2. Cancellation by VICE RUN CO.
If VICE RUN CO. definitively cancels a pre-order and is unable to fulfil the order, the arrhes will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law, including Article L.214-1 of the French Consumer Code where applicable.
3. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled under this Cancellation Policy.
Any applicable return, exchange or statutory withdrawal rights following receipt of the Products are governed by the Returns and Exchanges section of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy excludes or limits any mandatory statutory rights available to the Customer under applicable consumer law.
VERSION FRANCAISE : PRÉCOMMANDES ET MODALITÉS DE PAIEMENT
Certains Produits proposés sur le Site peuvent être disponibles en précommande avant leur mise à disposition et leur expédition.
1. Confirmation de la précommande
Lors de la validation d’une précommande, le Client est tenu de verser 50 % du montant total de la commande.
Ce premier paiement est versé à titre d’arrhes, au sens de l’article L.214-1 du Code de la consommation.
Une fois ce paiement effectué avec succès, la précommande est confirmée et les Produits concernés sont réservés au Client. Le Client reçoit par courrier électronique une confirmation de commande ainsi qu’une confirmation de paiement.
2. Paiement du solde restant dû
Les 50 % restants du montant total de la commande constituent le solde de la précommande.
En validant la précommande et en procédant au premier paiement, le Client autorise expressément VICE RUN CO. à prélever le solde restant dû sur le même moyen de paiement que celui utilisé pour le premier paiement.
À l’approche de la date estimée de disponibilité ou d’expédition des Produits, le solde restant dû sera automatiquement prélevé sur le moyen de paiement utilisé lors du premier règlement.
Une fois le paiement effectué avec succès, le Client reçoit une nouvelle confirmation de paiement.
Lorsque la banque du Client, le prestataire de paiement ou la réglementation applicable l’exige, une authentification supplémentaire ou une action du Client peut être nécessaire afin de finaliser le paiement.
En cas d’échec du paiement du solde restant dû, VICE RUN CO. pourra contacter le Client et lui demander de régler le montant restant par l’un des moyens de paiement disponibles avant que la commande puisse être expédiée.
3. Dates estimées de disponibilité et d’expédition
Toute date de disponibilité, d’expédition ou de livraison affichée dans le cadre d’une précommande constitue une estimation lorsqu’elle est expressément présentée comme telle.
VICE RUN CO. pourra informer le Client de toute modification significative affectant la date estimée de disponibilité ou d’expédition.
4. Expédition de la commande
Une fois le solde intégralement réglé et les Produits disponibles, la commande sera préparée en vue de son expédition.
Lors de l’expédition, le Client recevra un courrier électronique de confirmation contenant les informations de suivi correspondantes, lorsque le mode de livraison sélectionné permet un suivi.
POLITIQUE D’ANNULATION
1. Annulation par le Client avant expédition
Le Client peut demander l’annulation d’une précommande avant son expédition.
Lorsqu’une précommande est volontairement annulée par le Client avant son expédition, les 50 % versés à titre d’arrhes lors de la précommande restent acquis à VICE RUN CO. et le Client est libéré de son obligation de payer le solde restant dû.
Si le solde restant dû a déjà été prélevé au moment où la demande d’annulation est acceptée, mais que la commande n’a pas encore été expédiée, VICE RUN CO. remboursera au Client les sommes versées au-delà des arrhes initiales.
2. Annulation par VICE RUN CO.
Si VICE RUN CO. annule définitivement une précommande et n’est pas en mesure d’exécuter la commande, les arrhes seront traitées conformément à la législation applicable, notamment à l’article L.214-1 du Code de la consommation lorsque celui-ci est applicable.
3. Commandes déjà expédiées
Une fois la commande expédiée, elle ne peut plus être annulée au titre de la présente Politique d’annulation.
Les éventuels droits de retour, d’échange ou de rétractation légale applicables après réception des Produits sont régis par la section Retours et échanges des présentes Conditions Générales de Vente.
Aucune disposition de la présente Politique d’annulation n’a pour objet d’exclure ou de limiter les droits impératifs dont bénéficie le Client en vertu de la législation applicable en matière de protection des consommateurs.
